✅ Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
A detailed summary of your order will be sent to your email or WhatsApp (including delivery date, flavor, and custom notes).
Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us of any changes within 1 hour of placing your order.

🚫 Return Policy

Due to the customized and perishable nature of cakes, we do not accept returns once the order has been prepared or delivered.

💰 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

Order not delivered: If your order is not delivered due to our fault (e.g., no show, wrong address confirmed by us).
Incorrect product: If you received a cake that is completely different from what was ordered (wrong size, flavor, or theme).
Damaged on delivery: If a cake is damaged during delivery and you provide clear photo evidence within 1 hour of delivery.

Note: All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

You changed your mind after production has started.
